Move with people who get it

Losing weight quickly on semaglutide or tirzepatide can mean losing muscle too. Strength work protects it, and doing that with a group makes it easier to keep going.

Live classes

Classes that stream in the community

Sessions such as Fitness with Kat run live inside the community, so you can follow along at home without another app or membership.

Strength first

Built around keeping muscle

Classes lean toward strength training at home, because protecting muscle is one of the most useful things you can do while losing weight.

Fitness chat

A space between classes

The Fitness Chat space keeps the conversation going, from form questions to small wins like a first full week of workouts.

At your pace

Your body sets the pace

Classes are voluntary and at your own risk. Modify anything, rest when you need to, and check with your practitioner before starting a new program.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need equipment or a gym?

No. Classes are designed to work at home, and most movements need no equipment at all.

I have not exercised in years. Is this for me?

Yes. Classes are beginner-friendly and move at a gentle pace. Talk with your practitioner before starting a new exercise program, and work within what feels right for your body.

Will other people see me?

You choose whether to turn your camera on. Many members watch and follow along with cameras off.

Why does exercise matter on a GLP-1?

Rapid weight loss can include muscle loss, and strength training helps you keep the muscle you have. Our classes focus on that.
