Everyday support
A place to say how it is going
Share a win, ask a question about food noise or a rough injection day, or just read along until you are ready to post.
Support group
A cozy place to talk about life on semaglutide or tirzepatide with people who understand it, without the noise of social media.
Cozy Butter runs on Circle, a community platform, so conversations happen away from the algorithms and comment sections, and you can read the open spaces before you join. Whether you use Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound, you will find people a few steps ahead of you as well as people just starting.
Everyday support
Share a win, ask a question about food noise or a rough injection day, or just read along until you are ready to post.
Topic spaces
Dedicated spaces cover nutrition, movement, mindset, and everyday chat, so answers are easy to find later.
House rules
No one is judged for using medication or for asking a basic question, and what members share stays inside the community.
Beyond chat
The group sits alongside health coaching, group fitness classes, and daily GLP-1 news.
One-on-one
Kim makes time to talk with members one-on-one as well. This is peer support and nothing more: she is a GLP-1 patient and advocate, not a clinician, coach, or counselor, and these are conversations with someone who has been through it rather than care, treatment, or advice. Anything clinical belongs with your own practitioner. Members can reach her inside the community.
Questions
Yes. Joining Cozy Butter is free, and so are the support groups.
No. Many members are still deciding with their practitioner, and they are welcome to read, ask questions, and take part.
Cozy Butter is a public community, so posts in the open spaces can be read by anyone on the internet, and people can see what the community is like before they join. Posting requires a free account, direct messages stay between the people in them, and the member resource library is members-only. Choose a member name you are comfortable seeing in public, and share only what you are comfortable sharing.
Yes, members talk about side effects such as nausea, constipation, fatigue, and injection anxiety every day. For guidance about your own care, talk with your practitioner.
Joining takes a few minutes, and you can look around before you post anything.
